All the products on this website are sold by the suppliers/vendors registered with Kloverbuy.com directly to the customers. Kloverbuy.com provides only the marketplace services to its customers and suppliers.

Your order would be delivered through registered third party courier companies to your doorstep. The speed of delivery of your product depends on the option chosen at the time of purchase where an express delivery will take less than 3 hours for delivery and Products with Bulk Orders (quantity greater than 25 items) and standard delivery may take 1-15 days for delivery.

Post a successfully placed order a confirmation message shall be generated by the system and a copy is sent to you by mail/watsapp from Kloverbuy.com. The message will consist the details related to the order placed. Further the same details can also be found under ‘Orders’ section. You can track your orders under the ‘Orders’ section on your Kloverbuy.com account.

The delivery time depends on the selected option. Depending on your selection the express delivery will reach you within 1-3 hours and the standard delivery and bulk selection will take less than a 15 working days to be delivered at your doorstep. However, for some products delivery time may vary depending on the product availability, delivery service and size of the order.

Order status of an order is updated in the ‘Orders’ section at every step. In order to reduce the number of emails and texts we recommend customers to check the ‘Orders’ section to find the latest details regarding the order placed. if you don't see any updates. In case of any unforeseen events which delay your order you would receive a special update from our end.

When the express delivery option is chosen the delivery of the product should be completed within 3 hours. Whereas under standard delivery option the delivery will be done within 1-2 days if the vendor is in the city of interest and within 15 working days If the vendor is outside the limits of the city of interest. Due to unforeseen circumstances, it is possible that your order might get delayed. Visit the MY ORDERS page in your account to get real time status of your order.

Yes, bulk orders can be placed on the site under the bulk order section. A representative of kloverbuy.com shall identify the best deal available in the market for you and will reach out to you either through call or mail. The Quotation shall consist the quantities, pricing and delivery period for the required products. A user can also negotiate with the representative to match with the pricing of a product available with other vendors/websites.

Unfortunately no, the delivery partner is chosen according to the size and weight of the overall products in an invoice. Hence, modification of an order is not possible once the order is confirmed by the vendor. however you can simply place another order.

kloverbuy.com delivers your order either through its own delivery wing or through a third party delivery partner. Therefore, the order can only be received and a return request can be raised later within the respective product return period

Check your bank/credit card account to ensure if your account has an amount debited. If your account has been debited after a payment failure, it is normally rolled back by banks within 7 business days. The time taken can vary from bank to bank and we unfortunately won't be able to expedite this. Please check with your bank for more details. If your bank informs you otherwise please get back to us. If the money has been credited to our account we would initiate refund within 3 days of your request. The refunded amount should reflect back on your source of payment in 7-21 business days depending on the mode of payment chosen by you

For a smooth delivery of your orders, we have tied up with a number of trustworthy delivery partners. Once your order is dispatched, you will be informed about the shipping details via E-mail/SMS. Unfortunately, we do not offer the option to choose your preferred delivery partner. However, we will inform you when such services are rolled out in future.

Kloverbuy.com believes in making your shopping experience smooth and perfect. However, if you receive an open or a tampered package, please do not accept it. Report this concern by clicking on Return/Replace option in your MY ORDERS page within the return period. We will look at it immediately and get back to you. To confirm the same the representative may ask you details about the order and images of the concerned product.

Items with different delivery times are shipped to you separately. The expected date and time of delivery will be communicated to you before the dispatch of your order. Under rare circumstances, if we are unable to fulfil your order, we will refund you the full payment made towards that particular product, at the earliest.

Sellers/Vendors usually ship the product within 30 minutes on business days for express delivery and within 1-2 business days for standard delivery option so that they reach you on time. In case the order hasn’t been shipped within the expected time please contact our customer support so that we can look into it.

It is always advised to check your contents at the time of delivery with the express option. Whereas, for standard delivery option the shipment can’t be opened therefore you can accept the shipment and then get in touch with us later in case there are any concerns.

The courier companies usually make more than one attempt to deliver your order in case you miss your delivery in the first attempt. In the event of unreachability the product will be returned to the vendor/seller and the amount of the returned product will be refunded once the vendor/seller accepts the product. However, the delivery charges cannot be returned in such case. Kloverbuy.com is happy to serve customer and fulfil their requirements. If customer receives any product which fulfils the below mentioned criterion, customer is eligible for return / exchange:
1. Product is used/altered/defective
2. Physical damage to the product
3. Seal broken for a branded product
4. Content or accessories missing.
5. Significant difference found in Kloverbuy.com website as comparison to product.

Not eligible for return/exchange if

A product is “No longer needed” and the customer tried to handle the product and is unable to use it which promotes any tear/damage. In such as case the return product is not accepted.

Guidelines for Return/Exchange:
For Products purchased on Kloverbuy.com, in the event the customer has any concern with the Product, the customer shall inform to Kloverbuy.com Customer care within 48 Hours of product delivery.
Customer may be asked to share video/images with Customer care team while opening the package in case of Empty Package/Quantity issue.
If customer is sharing photographs of product it must be four angle photograph (Videography will be highly appreciated).
In case of Industrial goods return will be accepted only in case of wrong, defective, damaged product.
In Case of Faulty electronics product, customer need to contact nearest service centre for repair/ replacement.
All products must be in new and unopened condition with all the original packing, tags, inbox literature, warranty/ guarantee card, freebies and accessories including keys, straps and locks intact.
Kloverbuy.com shall endeavour to process the customer refund within 7 (Seven) working days from the date of request made to the Customer Care team.

Kloverbuy.com is always happy to help customer if customer fails to understand the working of product, Customer can contact Kloverbuy.com customer care team either through email / phone. If customer received defective product after 1st time exchange, Kloverbuy.com will connect customer with Supplier/Brand to troubleshoot the issue.

Refund Policy

The refunds in accordance with the above guidelines shall be as per the following: In case of pre-paid order, the refund will be processed through payment gateway or any other online banking / electronic funds transfer system approved by Reserve Bank India and will reflect in same account of customer buying the Product from where customer has paid the transaction amount.

For cash on delivery transactions, refunds, if any, will be made via NEFT in favour of the customer buying the Products, as per the details provided by the customer.

The customer buying the Products will not be charged for the pickup, and no other deductions shall be made on refunds confirmed to the customer buying the Product.

Refunds / Returns shall NOT be allowed in the following cases:

1. Return request is made outside the specified time frame.
2. In case where price tags, labels, original packing, freebies and accessories, box are missing.
3. If the Product is damaged by the customer, in any manner as may be determined by Kloverbuy.com at its sole discretion.
4. If Product has been used by the customer.
5. If Product sold as combo/sets cannot be returned as individual Product.

If a confirmation is received from Kloverbuy.com then rest assured that we have initiated your refund request and are following up with financial organisations for the same. Sometimes financial organisations take a longer time to process the refund request. However, if the refund hasn't happened by the date we promised, you can contact us. We will gladly help you.

kloverbuy.com offers you the option of paying for the purchase at your doorstep through the Pay on delivery option. Pay on delivery means the amount for the products purchased can be paid/settled at the time of delivery. The pay on delivery payment method accepts both cash and UPI payment.

However, Not all products/deals/amounts can have the pay on delivery option. The pay on delivery option changes according to customer history/vendor/location/total invoice amount. Please check the availability of the pay on delivery option on the payment page.

We are working on it. When we’re ready kloverbuy.com accepts partial payment for POD and store pickup orders. For orders above INR 1000/- solely POD is not available. However a partial payment can be made as a token to confirm the order and the balance amount can be paid at the time of delivery through the pay on delivery option.

Yes, kloverbuy.com will generate invoice against all orders and payments. A hardcopy of the receipt from the vendor/Seller will be provided at the time of delivery. All invoices can be found and downloaded under the ‘Orders’ section of the app/website
Returns

If you have received a confirmation mail from Kloverbuy.com your refund request then rest assured that we have initiated your refund request and are following up with financial organisations for the same.

Sometimes financial organisations take a longer time to process the refund request. However, if the refund hasn't happened by the date we promised, you can contact us. We will gladly help you.

The refund process is initiated as soon as the product is received in good shape and the vendor/seller has accepted the return.

Express delivery option may not be available at your location due to courier related issues. We are expanding our services to more places. Keep looking out (KLO) for updates.

No, however, we try our best to have your item(s) picked up by our courier service providers & get you the replacement as soon as possible.

The standard shipping speeds vary based on the distance from the seller/vendor to the delivery location. Express deliveries will be completed within 1-3 hours from the time of order and standard deliveries will be completed between1-15 working days from the date of order. The delivery partner uses both the address and map location to reach you as early as possible.

For both Express delivery and standard delivery a delivery charge may be applicable as charged by the third party delivery service provider. Since there are multiple third party delivery service providers the charges vary according the service provider/weight of the product(s)/ size of the product(s)/distance etc.,

The order status can be tracked under the ‘Orders’ section of the app/website.

Orders placed under express delivery option will be serviced by local third party delivery partners. A text message consisting an order tracking link and contact details of delivery executive shall be provided by the delivery service provider after the order is picked up.

For orders placed under the standard delivery option. The product could be picked up by a local delivery service provider or an inter state delivery service provider based on the distance of the vendor/seller to the point of delivery. Updates regarding the same can be found under the ‘Orders’ sections.

The manufacturer of the product covers the warranty and guarantee of the product.kloverbuy.com is solely a marketplace for vendor/sellers to sell their products and customers to buy products. Therefore, kloverbuy.com does not take any responsibility in regards to the warranty and guarantee of the product. For any further information or to claim the warranty of sold items, kindly reach our customer support team.
