1. If the description clearly mentions return/exchange is not available on a product.

4. Missing of original packaging content, price tags, box, inbox literature, guarantee/ warranty card, freebies, accessories including keys, straps and locks.
5. Products such as lubricants, oils, polishes, other liquids, tapes, sealants, adhesives, welding items, paints and coatings, lubricants, coolants, industrial oils, abrasives (powders, pastes etc.,), floor polishes, sprays, lighting and luminaries.
6. Return request is made outside the specified time frame of 48 (Forty-Eight) hours as specified above.
7. If Product sold as combo/sets cannot be returned as individual Product.

Guidelines for return/exchange:1. If the customers has concerns with a product the customer shall reach out to the customer care within 48 hour of product delivery.
2. Customer is required to share pictures of concerned product from multiple angles for the customer care team to evaluate.
3. Upon approval for return the product shall be picked by the service partner and the amount of the returned product will be refunded within 10 working days.
Refund policy1. In case of pre-paid order, the refund will be processed through payment gateway or any other online banking / electronic funds transfer system approved by Reserve Bank India and will reflect in same account from where customer has made the transaction amount.
2. For cash on delivery transactions, refunds, if any, will be made via NEFT/Cheque etc. in favour of the customer buying the Products, as per the details provided by the customer. The customer will be requested to provide details to perform the same.
3. The customer buying the Products will not be charged for the pickup of the returns, and no other deductions shall be made on refunds confirmed to the customer buying the Product.
4. Refunds / Returns shall NOT be allowed in the following cases:
- Return request is made outside the specified time frame of 48 (Forty-Eight) hours as specified above.
- In case where price tags, labels, original packing, freebies and accessories, box are missing.

- If Product has been used by the customer.
